Every year as summer comes around I get sad each time I see someone eating ice cream. Well not any more, this recipe is creamy, not too sweet & seriously chocolatey. Plus it’s super easy!
Prep time: 20 minutes
- 1 400 ml can of full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup + 2 tbs cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl & whisk until well mixed.
- Pour into your ice cream churner & leave it go until it’s set. Mine took about 15 minutes.
If you don’t have an ice cream machine then just transfer the mix to a freezer-safe container & freeze for 4 – 6 hours, or until firm.
