Choc Chip Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are perfect to have warm with a cup of tea or as a morning snack.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 10-12 minutes
Yields: 12 cookies


  • 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
  • 8 teaspoons smooth or crunchy natural peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • Chocolate chips for the top


  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius, fan forced
  2. Place all ingredients (except the choc chips) into a food processor & process on low until combined
  3. Scoop out tablespoon sized dollops of batter & roll into balls
  4. Place balls onto a baking paper lined baking tray & flatten with the palm of your hand
  5. Top with 2 – 3 chocolate chips
  6. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until starting to turn golden
