A great afternoon snack with a touch of honey & the spicy flavour of cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 2 medium, ripe bananas
- 8-10 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method
- Combine all ingredients & half of the milk in a blender & pulse until combined.
- Gradually add the remaining milk until the desired consistency is reached.
- Divide between 2 glasses & serve.
