Banana Cinnamon Smoothie

A great afternoon snack with a touch of honey & the spicy flavour of cinnamon.

Prep time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 2 medium, ripe bananas
  • 8-10 ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup soy or almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients & half of the milk in a blender & pulse until combined.
  2. Gradually add the remaining milk until the desired consistency is reached.
  3. Divide between 2 glasses & serve.
